Data we process

Groki processes account details, authentication records, purchase and credit records, product usage events, and the images, text, and prompts you submit to create memes.

How we use data

We use this data to provide and secure the service, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve product flows. Minimal analytics events do not include prompts, images, email addresses, or source URLs.

AI and service providers

Submitted media and prompts may be sent to our AI, hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and payment providers solely to operate the service. Generated and uploaded media may be retained in your gallery until you delete it, subject to provider backup periods.

Sharing and public content

Memes are private unless you choose to publish them. Public content can be viewed and shared by others. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or export of your account data. You can permanently delete your account and saved media from Account settings. Legal retention may apply to transaction and security records.
