Face-swap consent

Only upload or use a person’s face when you have that person’s explicit permission or another lawful basis. Do not create deceptive impersonation, intimate imagery, harassment, fraud, or content that could reasonably cause harm. Never use a minor’s face for face swap.

Prohibited content

Do not create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, instructions for serious wrongdoing, scams, malware, or content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

Transparency

Do not present synthetic media as authentic evidence. Clearly disclose material AI alteration where viewers could otherwise be deceived, especially for public figures, news, elections, health, or finance.

Safety controls

You may not bypass safety filters, rate limits, access controls, or media restrictions. We may block generation, remove content, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts to enforce this policy and applicable law.
